The word "community" makes one think of closeness and a sense of belonging. Through my exploration I wanted to show the gradual progression of an individual characterised by a letter or a group of letters that come together to create a community. Especially when thinking of the semantic qualities of the word community, proximity and density stands out the most. To show the different dynamics of the community that builds and fluctuates as it relates to down to earth and cycles of life, I experimented with the different speeds in which the sequence starts and ends while also exploring garage band to find the right sound properties that relate to the visual elements.
